背 景 Phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC), catalyzes hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate into inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol. It is involved in auxin biosynthesis and signaling, modulating development of both male and female gametophytes. It also regulates MAMP-triggered immunity by modulating ROS production. |
